This Privacy Policy defines the rules of personal data processing and the conditions of confidentiality of users of the Online Shop Janbor and is an expression of respect for the privacy of Users visiting the Shop website and making online purchases from the Online Shop.

Personal data via the Internet Shop are processed by PPHU JANBOR s. c Jacek Janicki, Izabela Kapuścińska in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as RODO.

§ 1 DEFINITIONS

The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:

1. Personal data controller - the entity that decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

3. User - means a natural person, a legal person and an organisational unit without legal personality, to which the Act grants legal capacity, using the Shop.

§ 2 BASIS, PURPOSE, SCOPE AND PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

1. The administrator of the personal data processed to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the provision of the service is PPHU JANBOR s.c Jacek Janicki, Izabela Kapuścińska

Data is processed   for the purpose of performing the contract, including the Contract for Sale of Products, as well as for the purpose of direct marketing of its own Products or services, for statistical purposes or for other purposes for which the user gives his/her consent, if   it is required in accordance with the applicable legislation.

3. In particular, it may be the user's consent to receive correspondence and commercial information concerning the Administrator's own Products and services and those of the Administrator's cooperation partners sent by e-mail and telephone. The data subject has the right to withdraw the consent.

4. When signing up for the Newsletter, personal data is processed for marketing purposes with explicit consent given at the time of signing up. Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes may be withdrawn at any time via the customer panel in the shop or by informing the Administrator via email address: hello@janbor.com
5. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the RODO.

6. Data such as name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, address are collected by the Administrator as a result of the conclusion of agreements between the Administrator and the User. In the case of signing up for the Newsletter or Product Availability Notification, the Administrator may process data such as name, surname, email address.

7. The Administrator is committed to securing the processed personal data against unauthorised access.

8. The Administrator processes personal data lawfully and collects it for designated and lawful purposes.

9. The Administrator does not process special categories of personal data.

The recipients of personal data will be entities to which the Administrator is obliged to transfer personal data on the basis of applicable laws, and entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator. Personal data may be transferred to PayPro SA with its registered office in Poznan, ul. Kanclerska 15, postal code: 60-327, KRS: 0000347935 to the extent necessary to process payment for the order in order to complete the payment, to courier companies through which the order will be sent, and to Shopify hosting company.  When you sign up for the Newsletter or Product Availability Notification service, your personal data will be transferred to Seguno and Swym Corporation's systems.

1. The User has the right to access or correct personal data. In addition, the User has the right to rectification, erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) or restriction of processing and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

2. Consent for the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time.

3. The User may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event that the processing of personal data is found to be unlawful.

4. Data is provided by the User voluntarily, however, refusal to provide it may involve the inability to perform the contract or service.

5. The Administrator shall store personal data for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and until the parties' possible claims become time-barred and for the period specified in the applicable legislation.

6. Personal data provided when signing up for the Newsletter or for Product Availability Notification will be stored as long as the User does not request the Administrator to delete them.

7. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
